Blog Author Joseph Sostarich is the Founder, MedX12, Inc. Sostarich was previously Co-Founder of ZirMed in 1999 and brings years of entrepreneurial experience as well as the knowledge of the start up process of another healthcare service company. Sostarich has been the catalyst for partnering with several health care servicing companies, completing proprietary claims and eligibility engines to allow physicians to file claims electronically. Sostarich is a graduate of Bowling Green Business University, completed management courses in London, England, and postgraduate work at the University of Louisville. He is the past president of the Louisville Chapter of Tax Executives Institute, and served on panels of the American Appraisal Company as an industry representative for Kentucky at the National Conference.

Blog Author Lindy Oechslin, CMPE, CPHIMS joined the MedX12 team in early 2010 as a Business Analyst and Product Implementation Director. Lindy has worked in the healthcare arena since 1993, primarily in private physician practices. She has vast experience and knowledge in medical practice billing, management, human resources and technology. Lindy is a graduate from the University of Louisville with a Bachalor’s degree in English. She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). Also, she is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Healthcare Systems (CPHIMS) through Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Lindy was appointed to Kentucky Healthcare Information Exchange Coordinating Council (KYHIECC) Provider Meaningful Use and Adoption committee in 2010.
